In addition, for every 100 coffees sold, we plant a tree—helping to restore ecosystems, reduce carbon footprints, and promote a healthier environment. Aurora Eco

Aurora Eco provides our takeaway cups, which are fully recyclable and compostable—one of the most sustainable options available. Aurora Eco has been recognised as the Packaging Supplier of the Year and won the Corporate LiveWire Innovation & Excellence Awards 2024 for their outstanding environmental efforts.



Wooden Hill Coffee Roasters

We serve coffee from Wooden Hill Coffee Roasters, an award-winning, plastic-free company that plants a tree for every 100g of coffee sold. Since 2016, they’ve planted 1,345 trees to help the environment! Their signature Wooden Hill Blend combines Fairtrade coffees from Central and South America, with smooth notes of chocolate, caramel and almond. Furthermore, their decaf coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process which is 100% chemical free. As a result, this offers a pure and flavourful caffeine-free option.

Sweet and Local

At Rustic Roots, we’re proud to source our honey from Fee-Bee’s Honey, a local supplier dedicated to producing high-quality, pure honey. Supporting a local business like Fee-Bee’s not only helps sustain our community but also ensures we’re providing our customers with fresh, ethically sourced honey straight from nearby hives. Local honey is packed with natural benefits, from supporting pollinators to potentially easing seasonal allergies. By choosing Fee-Bee’s Honey, we’re not just offering great taste—we’re investing in local beekeepers, the environment, and a more sustainable way of living.

A Menu For Everyone

Our menu is vegan and vegetarian inclusive, ensuring that every guest, no matter their dietary preference, can enjoy something wholesome and delicious. For those who eat meat, we source responsibly from Treagust Butchers, a local supplier known for their high-quality produce. Whereas, if you’re craving something sweet, we have cakes from Cake Heads, specialists in crafting irresistible treats.
